Dustin & Brian reached out to me to create the branding for their podcast about the ongoing battle creative people fight, regarding their mental health, when it comes to creating their art. Taking inspiration from the rubber hose cartoons from the 1920's & 30's, I created an old-timey mascot that reflected the brain's undying resolve to keep fighting the good fight.
"Worth The Fight is a podcast about artists. We dig into topics of creativity, motivation and mental health. We want to learn where your art comes from: its origins and the past experiences that inspire you to create something of meaning.
We like to go deep, but we're here to party."
