Another one of the companies under of the umbrella of the City Catering Company’s family of food brands.
Sister Carol's was inspired by a real nun. One who smoked, rocked a miniskirt, and made a delicious mustard, all while running a soup kitchen in one of the toughest parts of Providence, RI. This famed mustard, like its maker, is slightly spirited, disarmingly sweet, and still devoted to helping others, giving 5% of each sale directly to Amo's House.
